Skills Required:
- Monitor Azure applications for any operational issues or discrepancies.
- Work with the development team to troubleshoot and fix application issues and ensure optimal performance.
- Handle incident and problem management tasks related to Azure applications.
- Assist in Azure application upgrades and patches.
- Provide technical support to users, answering queries and resolving system-related problems.
- Collaborate with system engineers to ensure seamless application integration.
- Analyze application performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Azure application configurations and procedures.
- Perform backup, file replications, and script management for Azure applications.
- Help in implementing security measures and protocols to protect data in the Azure environment.
