With solutions powering brands like Papa John’s, Carl’s Jr., and Wild Wing, our tools help operators increase revenue, streamline operations, and deliver standout customer experiences.We serve over 900 brands across 35+ countries and have teams in New Zealand, Australia, and North America.The Role: Implementation Consultant (IC), you'll be responsible for leading restaurant brand onboarding projects — from sales handoff to go-live. Your focus will be project coordination, client communication, and managing execution across internal teams and vendors. This role is perfect for someone who excels at driving projects forward and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.Day to Day🧩 Own the Onboarding JourneyLead kickoff calls, manage timelines, follow-ups, and go-live execution.Serve as the main client contact throughout implementation.🤝 Coordinate Internally & ExternallyWork with Sales, Support, Dev, and Product to align project outcomes.Manage third-party vendors or AI tools to assist with menu setup and content.✅ Ensure Quality & ReadinessReview branding, banner placement, and final menu polish.Ensure POS and system integrations are completed correctly.📄 Documentation & HandoffMaintain accurate project files and coordinate handoff to Support teams.Identify risks and recurring pain points to improve the onboarding process.3+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or Project Management (SaaS or hospitality tech preferred).Proven ability to communicate with clients and internal teams alike.Experience managing projects from start to finish.Familiarity with POS systems and/or restaurant technology is a plus.Comfortable using tools like Confluence, Jira, Asana, or similar.Experience managing third-party vendors or remote menu build teams.Exposure to AI-driven menu or product configuration tools.Familiarity with the hospitality or food service industry.Join a global company redefining hospitality techCollaborate across Sales, Product, Support, and DevHelp shape scalable systems that improve onboarding and reduce client churnWork in a fast-paced, high-trust environment that values innovation and initiativeApply NowIf you’re a builder, a communicator, and a systems thinker — we’d love to hear from you.
