The internship is focused on providing undergraduate Computer Science students with valuable industry experience over an 8-month term. Joining the Discovery team, you will contribute to innovative software development projects and leverage state-of-the-art tools and technologies in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Work within an Agile Scrum team to deliver solutions • Develop new features using programming languages like Go • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deploy to AWS and GCP • Write code automation and utilize open-source tools • Understand secure software development lifecycle practices
Requirements: • Enrolled in an undergraduate Computer Science program • At least two years of coursework completed • Skilled in multiple programming languages • Excellent planning and detail-oriented mindset • Able to work hybrid based in Ottawa
