On behalf of our global, brand name CPG client, The STORY Group is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst role.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), this role will act as a critical business partner for the Canadian business providing meaningful and timely decision support, target setting & monitoring, as well as analysis of financial results.
Specifically, the role will engage with functions such as (but not limited to) Marketing, Supply Chain, and Export to drive efficiencies, establish procedures, and utilize a high degree of financial acumen to deliver business success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration with Accounting specialization.
- Completion, or near completion of professional accounting designation (CPA)
- 5 years financial analysis experience
- Advanced SAP and Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills, multi-tasking, and a curious mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit in addition to being a collaborative team player
