Your role: Provide support to bankers or private bankers by ensuring administrative follow-up and customer service Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty by developing personalized, trust-based relationships Optimize interactions with clients and identify opportunities to recommend a multi-product offering that meets their needs Open business and personal files and perform various transactions on behalf of clients Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules Analyze financial information and tax structures for the processing of financing applications Ensure deadlines are met for multiple transactions Establish and maintain effective communication with the various parties involved in the files Your team: To serve distinctive clients in a market with strong potential, you’ll be part of a passionate team that is committed to going the extra mile.
