Key Responsibilities:

Unicorn Labs is in search of a dynamic and insightful Leadership Development Coach and Speaker to spearhead our Unicorn Leadership Mastery program. This role involves coaching, training, and facilitating a transformative journey for managers evolving into leaders, capable of assembling and steering high-performing teams. Here’s what the role entails:

  • Facilitate Learning Experiences: Conduct live and predominantly online workshops and training sessions through platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams, managing interactive features to ensure a seamless learning experience.
  • Adaptation and Engagement: Be adept at adapting to unplanned events during live sessions, maintaining high engagement levels, and ensuring technology aids rather than obstructs the learning process.
  • Preparation and Follow-up: Thoroughly prepare for sessions using provided materials, enrich discussions with personal insights and stories, and ensure comprehensive follow-ups with clients.
  • Content Creation: Occasionally engage in research, case study preparation, and the creation of educational materials and activities tailored to client needs.
  • Client Project Assistance: If inclined, participate in the design and development of client-specific projects and learning modules focusing on soft skills enhancement.


Competencies:

  • Experienced Facilitator: 3+ years of experience in facilitating discussions on Communications, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Stress Management, Teamwork & Collaboration.
  • Engaging Presence: Possess speaking skills that captivate online audiences, alongside a charismatic personality that draws learners in.
  • Technical Savvy: Capable of setting up and managing a professional studio for online training, alongside proficiency in online facilitation tools like Miro and Zoom.
  • Coaching Expertise: Demonstrated ability in coaching, particularly in addressing managerial challenges, with a background in managing people and teams exceeding 20 members.
  • Industry Insight: Experience in the StartUp or Tech sector, with an understanding of leadership dynamics in various organizational stages.
  • Operational Flexibility: Ability to manage online learning programs, including live sessions, coaching, and use of Learning Management Systems.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
