Job DescriptionKey responsibilities – highlighted:Primarily responsible for professionally answering all incoming calls from clients, advisors, or investors of the Customer Contact CentreAble to provide professionalism and composure when dealing with internal/external clientsPerform all required responsibilities as a representative of the Contact CentreFront facing with internal departments and internal/external clientsInteraction with team members of the Contact CentreEscalate problematic issues to managementAny other duties as assignedProject Name(s), if applicable:Please provide a brief project descriptionIn this role, professionally front face all internal/external parties including clients, advisors, or investors who contact the Customer Contact Centre requiring additional support services offered.Contract positions required to cover high volumes of calls that come through the Call Centre during peak RSP and Tax season.Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:Dealbreakers (i.e., education/type of degree? Certifications? Years of experience etc.):1 to 3 years Call Centre or client service experienceAvailability for Contact Centre's operational hours: 8am to 8pm. Successful candidate must be flexible to work within these hoursEnglish and French bilingualismFinancial industry experienceMutual Fund experienceNice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:IFIC CSC, working knowledge with mutual fundsIFIC (Mutual Funds) Operations course for CSC (Canadian Securities Course) in progress or completed is an assetSoft Skills:Pleasant telephone manner, customer service orientedStrong English and French communication skills (both written and verbal)The expected base salary range for this position is $25 – $27 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role may not be eligible for other forms of compensation, including bonuses, commission (if applicable), and/or other incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and market factors.We may use AI-enabled and/or automated tools to support parts of our recruitment process, including application screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications. These tools are used to enhance consistency and efficiency. All hiring decisions involve human review and are not based solely on automated processing.
