In this role, you will work closely with various teams to develop high-impact proposals aimed at improving Stantec’s market presence. You will leverage your proposal preparation skills and strong attention to detail to create visual materials that resonate with clients. Your communication abilities will ensure alignment with brand standards and strategic outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities: • Create and coordinate proposals for various business sectors • Develop clear, persuasive messaging from technical information • Collaborate with leadership on market positioning strategies • Engage in client development and account management • Maintain internal systems for pursuit information
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or design • At least 2 years of relevant experience • Solid skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite • Detail-oriented and organized in managing tasks • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
