As we scale, we're looking for a Marketing Director who will elevate our brand, generate high-quality leads, and optimize our marketing strategies for maximum impact.

Who We're Looking For

We need a creative, data-driven marketing leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You should be as comfortable crafting high-converting ad campaigns as you are analyzing performance data to refine strategy. If you love being on camera , engaging with audiences, and leading innovative marketing campaigns, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that drives lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Establish KPI tracking & reporting , using data insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor a growing marketing team as we scale.
Creative & Content Development
  • Oversee content creation across social media, video, email, and traditional marketing .
  • Act as an on-camera personality for company marketing materials, social content, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce engaging ad creatives and brand visuals .
  • Plan and execute event marketing, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives .
Data & Performance Optimization
  • Monitor and optimize marketing performance through A/B testing, analytics, and conversion tracking .
  • Own the marketing budget , ensuring efficient spend allocation and cost-effective ad strategies.
  • Develop SEO and content marketing strategies to drive organic traffic growth.
Qualifications & Skills

5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in home services, real estate, or consumer products .

Expertise in digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, retargeting, and performance marketing).

Strong analytical skills , with experience tracking KPIs, lead generation metrics, and campaign performance.

Comfortable being on camera for marketing materials, testimonials, and social media.

Creative thinker with a strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Sociable and outgoing , able to represent the brand in person at events and industry functions.

Experience managing a team or working cross-functionally with sales and operations.

Proficiency in marketing tools , including Google Analytics, CRM systems, ad managers, and automation platforms .
