In this position, you will lead a team while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of nursing competencies and will engage in care planning, family conferences, and developing standards. You will also oversee client interactions and improve clinical practices through feedback and documentation.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and evaluate designated nursing staff tasks • Develop client care plans and contribute to care standards • Conduct home visits to assess staff and client needs • Administer medications and document client outcomes • Assist in staff recruitment and training processes
Requirements: • Graduation from an approved Practical Nursing program • Minimum two years of supervisory experience • Current registration with BCCNM • Valid BC Driver’s License and personal vehicle access • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
