The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Network administrator to join our IT department. This critical role will work closely with the Head of IT to design, implement, and manage a robust network infrastructure that meets the evolving needs of our business. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our network's security, reliability, and performance, ensuring that our business operations run smoothly and securely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Infrastructure Design & Implementation:** Collaborate with the Head of IT to design and implement a resilient network infrastructure that supports the company's growth and enhances cybersecurity measures.
  • Azure Infrastructure Management: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Azure to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based network solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Google Workspace Integration: Utilize your experience with Google Workspace to ensure smooth operation and integration within the company's network infrastructure.
  • Network Security: Work closely with the cybersecurity team to implement and manage security protocols that protect the network and company data from potential threats.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for network-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and business disruption.


Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in network infrastructure, including design, implementation, and management. Strong understanding of network security principles.
  • Azure Proficiency: Proven track record in managing and deploying Azure infrastructure.
  • Google Workspace Experience:** Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, particularly in a networked environment.
  • Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
