This is a hands-on, execution-oriented consulting role requiring strong analytical judgment, deep market expertise, and the ability to influence senior leaders through evidence-based recommendations.The ideal candidate brings strong experience in renewable energy and environmental markets, including North American energy markets, compliance and voluntary carbon markets, Renewable Energy Credits (RECs), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), and related environmental attributes.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMarket Research & Strategic AnalysisConduct in-depth market research and analysis to support Bullfrog’s current and future products and services, including compliance and voluntary carbon markets, low-carbon fuels markets, and broader global decarbonization frameworksAnalyze customer needs, market trends, pricing signals, and regulatory developments to generate insights that inform corporate strategy and business development prioritiesSynthesize complex data into concise, actionable recommendations for senior leadershipCompetitive Intelligence & Policy MonitoringResearch and maintain competitive intelligence across key markets, including emerging competitors, product innovations, and evolving policy landscapesMonitor regulatory and policy changes affecting carbon markets, renewable energy, and climate solutions, and clearly communicate implications to internal stakeholdersProvide informed perspectives on market evolution, risks, and emerging opportunitiesProduct, Commercial & Sales SupportSupport the refinement and positioning of Bullfrog’s product offerings to ensure strong market alignment and customer valueCollaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver market analyses that inform go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, and customer engagementProvide market insights and customer-specific analysis to support sales acquisition and retention effortsInnovation & Opportunity DevelopmentContribute to the conceptualization of innovative, customer-focused solutions aligned with Bullfrog’s mission and client sustainability goalsIdentify, assess, and evaluate new market opportunities that support Bullfrog’s growth and impact objectivesQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEUniversity-level education in business, environmental studies, sustainability, engineering, or a related field is an assetExperience with Project Description Document (PDD) development for carbon projects is an asset7–10 years of relevant experience in clean technology, climate solutions, carbon markets, or energy marketsStrong knowledge of North American energy and environmental markets, including PPAs, RECs, carbon standards, methodologies, registries, and market mechanismsUnderstanding of decarbonization efforts across multiple sectors and carbon accounting principlesStrong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindsetAbility to clearly communicate complex technical and market concepts to non-technical audiencesExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a consulting or contract environmentHOW TO APPLYInterested and qualified candidates are invited to apply directly at careers@envestcorp.com.Envest Corp is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees.
