Key Responsibilities: • Implement enterprise continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies • Redesign inefficient workflows to enhance quality and compliance • Define and track performance metrics and KPIs • Develop business cases for automation opportunities • Drive successful delivery of automation initiatives using tools like Blue Prism
Requirements: • 8–10+ years of experience in relevant improvement and automation areas • Hands-on experience with automation platforms like UiPath • Strong financial acumen for ROI assessments • Effective communication with executive stakeholders • Ability to lead diverse delivery teams
