This role coordinates cross-functional efforts among R&D engineers, sales, and production team to produce high-quality, tailored proposals that align with company strategy. Responsibilities include developing proposal content, managing pricing quotations, and working with engineering and manufacturing team to oversee product delivery. The position also maintains proposal templates and materials, ensures process efficiency, and serves as the central contact for all bid and pricing inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the full bid lifecycle from opportunity identification and qualification through submission, presentation, and post-bid reviewCoordinate with technical, commercial, legal, and project teams to prepare tailored proposals that meet client needs and align with company strategyDevelop and edit proposal narratives, executive summaries, and supporting materials that clearly communicate the company’s strengths and differentiatorsWork with technical team to understand product offerings and generate customer price quotationsChair post-sale kick-off meeting with order fulfillment team to identify all deliverables and associated owners per price quotation and proposal submittedWork with Engineering and Manufacturing team to track and update all stakeholders with latest product delivery statusMaintain templates, proposal libraries, and product materials; identify opportunities to streamline and improve the bid process.Serve as single point of contact for product and sales enquiry related to price quotes and bid materialsQualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or related fieldsProven track record managing complex bids or RFP responsesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong project management and time-management abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management toolsFamiliarity with telecommunication systems is beneficialCritical thinking and strong troubleshooting skillsAble to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlinesWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation package of $90,000-110,000/year depending on experience and qualificationsContinued opportunities for career advancementRRSP matching program of up to 5% (in Canada)Extended health care with Employee Health Spending AccountDay off with pay for your birthdayIf this sounds like you, please submit your resume and your salary expectations.Avari is an equal opportunity employer, and we thank you for your interest in the position.
