Key Responsibilities
• Manage PeopleSoft Payroll application incidents with end-to-end resolution
• Coordinate updates, changes, and maintenance activities for payroll systems
• Oversee core payroll processing functions and integrations
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders for timely issue resolution
• Lead payroll application support team for consistent service delivery
Requirements:
• 7-10+ years with PeopleSoft HCM applications focusing on Payroll
• Proven leadership in managing payroll applications within AMS
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in coordinating payroll changes and support activities
