Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing Corp. Join a leader in high-performance audio, communication, and aircraft accessories for global aerospace applications as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). The CEO will report directly to the Board of Directors, Executive Chairman and will hold full P&L responsibility for the business, ensuring continued discipline, brand recognition and leading sustainable growth. The CEO drives profitable growth following a proven disciplined approach, ensuring the company effectively scales during a period of growth while sustaining strong operating cash flow. The CEO will be based onsite the Pacific Northwest. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader to contribute to the growth of a Canadian aerospace company that is supplying services to the United States (Customers include CalFire, LAPD, US Navy, US Border Control) and around the world. Only applicants with aerospace industry plus 15+ years of pro-ressive leadership experience with a strong track record of P&L ownership and financial management accountability growing revenues beyond $50M+ organization is preferred. Critical Actions and Results Build High Performance Teams: Provide role clarity and expectations to the executive team, as well as mentoring the team to reach elevated leadership outcomes following a goal setting and perfor-mance-based approach. Embed Operating Disciplines: Strengthen all operating disciplines to ensure repeatable, high-quality products with maximum efficiency and margins. Targeted Financial Strategies: Orchestrate strategic decision‑making to fund innovation and scale operations effectively. Ensure all investments drive sustainable profitability and position the company for self‑funded growth rather than dependence on external capital. Commercial Sales Strategy: Foster a culture of consistent sales results and implementing strategic partnerships. Growth Pathways: Support the initiative to increase revenue through potential acquisitions and acquisition integrations, licensing opportunities, and new product development. Global Brand Recognition: Elevate the company’s corporate maturity, global brand reputation, and operational credibility to support sustained growth, industry leadership, and resilience in the face of economic challenges. Background and Experience Education: A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline. An advanced degree (MBA or related finance) is preferred. Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with a strong track record of P&L ownership and financial management accountability in a $50M+ organization is preferred. Proven success in scaling an entrepreneurial company to a market leader position, driving sustained revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion. Experience in aerospace and defense industry, with a strong preference for experience in avionics, sensors, or mission‑critical systems. International experience is preferred, demonstrated ability to navigate global markets, regulatory complexities, and cross‑border business strategies. Strong commercial acumen, including experience leading customers engagement, business development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation. Experience managing acquisitions, integrations, or other strategic expansion initiatives, ensuring successful execution and long‑term synergy creation. Knowledge and Skills Capability of understanding current and future avionics and CVM technology, products, and services. Experienced and knowledgeable of best practices in the commercialization of innovative products. Deep technical and operational model expertise, with experience overseeing engineering, product development, manufacturing, and supply chain efficiency. Proven ability to leverage commercial and technical partnerships, working closely with OEMs, defense agencies, and aviation operators. Positive reputation and influencing skills. Financial acumen, including P&L management, cost control, capital allocation, and long‑term financial planning. Compensation Total Rewards Package, incl.
