The Water Quality Technologist is the primary service provider to ensure that Guardian treatment programs perform at the least cost operating scenario within customer sites. The Water Quality Technician works closely with Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, and the Water Treatment Technical Director to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through achieving a high-performance standard.
What you will do
- Visit client sites to conduct water quality testing on Boiler, Cooling Tower, and Closed systems.
- Write Technical Service Reports for clients which document successful application of chemical treatment programs within the DATAGUARD software application.
- Achieve target water quality through adjustment of chemical dosages and optimization of water treatment equipment including programmable controllers, probes, meters, and chemical pumping systems.
- Assist in account management through ensuring inventories are maintained at proper levels and that all preventive maintenance is performed on equipment to ensure reliable operation and optimum performance.
