Key Responsibilities

¢ Act as primary contact managing customer implementation projects â€
¢ Plan, coordinate, and oversee all implementation phases â€
¢ Maintain rigorous oversight and provide progress updates â€
¢ Identify risks and communicate solutions proactively â€
¢ Configure the Petal platform to meet specific client requirements
Requirements:

¢ 2 to 5 years experience in software implementation â€
¢ Strong analytical skills with ability to optimize solutions â€
¢ Proficient communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical audiences â€
¢ Strong organizational skills to ensure timely project delivery â€
