Our client is a top national law firm with multiple offices across Canada. Their Montreal office is hiring an experienced Bilingual Document Specialist to support their firm at a national level. The Job


In this role, you will be the expert when it comes to documentation. Your duties will include but are not limited to:


  • Managing and responding to document production requests in a timely manner
  • Troubleshooting recovery of corrupt documents
  • Converting documents to the appropriate format
  • Maintaining and updating document versions
  • Proofreading and editing documents
  • Participating in training sessions to maintain system knowledge



What you bring to the job:


As the Document Specialist, you have the ability to adapt to new technology and programs and, you will also come with:


  • 2+ years’ experience in a relevant role
  • Bilingual in English & French
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office
  • Advanced proficiency in written communication in both English and French
  • Previous experience working in a law firm or professional services is considered an asset
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills
  • Solid work ethic and strong ability to work independently
