Position Name – Senior Salesforce DeveloperType of hiring – FulltimeLocation – Toronto, ONMode of Work – Hybrid (2/3 days from client office or as per project needs)Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with deep expertise in Salesforce development and a passion for building scalable, high-performance solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.Optimize data models and manage data migration and transformation processes.Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment across the Salesforce ecosystem.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5 Years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.Solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling, data migration, and data management.Experience with Salesforce integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, etc.).Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governor limits, and deployment strategies.Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Nice to Have:Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce.Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
