We are committed to advancing sustainable growth and fulfilling our social responsibilities.OverviewWe are currently searching for the Coordinator, Strategic Planning & Communications to join our Corporate Strategy and Communications department.Job Type: Full-time, PermanentVacancy Status: ReplacementSalary: CAD $45K ~ $55KJob Summary:The Coordinator, Strategic Planning & Communications supports the department by contributing to strategic planning and corporate communications initiatives. This position conducts market research, analyze business performance data to help formulate strategic directions, and plans management initiatives in line with the bank’s strategy. The Coordinator, Strategic Planning & Communications also supports the development of effective communication to engage employees to align with the bank’s overall goal, while also providing general administrative and executive support as a secondary responsibility.Key Responsibilities :Corporate Strategy PlanningConduct research on macro-economy, financial industry, market trends, and related regulations to produce actionable insights for developing bank’s strategic planAssist with development, execution, and monitoring of the Bank’s Mid-long Term Strategy and Annual Business PlansAssist with planning and implementing management initiativesConduct regular reviews of current management issuesCorporate CommunicationDevelop and circulate newsletters, CEO messages, and other corporate communications to employeesExecute bank-wide surveys and compile, analyze, and reports the survey findingsProvide information on the Bank’s vision, mission and long-term objectives to employees including the Parent Bank’s vison and missionOrganize and coordinate bank-wide program or event that promote bank-wide collaboration to reinforce consistent understanding of the Bank’s overall goals and values, including collaboration with other areasPerform other duties as assignedExecutive Support & Other Administrative TasksProvide executive support to the CEO and administrative support to the department, including coordination, documentation, and follow-up on parent bank related mattersPerform other administrative and management support duties as required to ensure effective coordination and smooth day-to-day operationsQualification and Skills :Understanding of the financial landscape and overall economic environmentAbility to plan and execute through clear communicationOutstanding research and analytical skillsAbility to summarize complex information into clear and concise messagesProficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and planning skillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Economics, Banking/financial industry experience, and Bi-lingual in English and Korean are preferred.At Hana Bank Canada, you’ll join a close-knit and diverse group of professionals in a collaborative, supportive environment.
