We build operational software for retreat centers and leaders and we help people find their next best transformational retreat. We are fiercely dedicated to being in service. We are seeking a full time detail-oriented customer success specialist to join our customer success team. You will work closely with our customer success and product teams to learn our software and eventually you'll be on the front line with our customers.

Retreat Guru offers a family-friendly work environment with flexible working hours and remote work options. If you have a passion for helping others and finding creative ways to solve problems, we welcome you to apply. The salary ranges from $50,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.

The Role in a nutshell:

As our customer success specialist, we'll look to you to receive stellar personal reviews from customers, answer their support tickets and to skillfully onboard new users into our software. You'll work closely with our customer success team to refine and build upon current documentation, onboarding and customer happiness processes to ensure retreat centers and retreat goers, thrive. Your role ensures that we can reduce per-customer support effort through initial onboarding and creative means - videos, in-app help/documentation, features, etc. This results in loyal customers and enables us to achieve churn reversals (from almost churned to loyal customer).

You need to:

  • Be incredibly organized and capable of prioritizing conflicting demands and tasks

  • Be available 5 days a week
  • Be collaborative, a team player

Nice to have:

  • Experience in customer support and/or onboarding
  • Basic HTML / CSS a plus - bonus points if you have software development skills
  • Double bonus if you are a junior developer
  • Speed typing (at least 70 wpm)
  • Technical and creative writing
  • Ability to multitask

What you'll do:

  • Respond to customer's technical support tickets that come in through HubSpot
  • Onboard new customers into our software via Zoom
  • Build authentic relationships with the wellness centers we support and our marketplace participants
  • Work with sales, onboarding and the support team to grow awesome customer relationships
  • Create efficiencies for our customers with new help articles, videos, internal documentation, etc.
  • Be a refuge of tranquility, knowledge and competence for the retreat centers we work with
