Director Partnerships in Injury Reduction Job Information Requisition ID: 76377 Ministry: Jobs, Economy, Trade and Immigration Location: Edmonton Full Time, 36.25 hours per week Classification: Senior Manager Zone 2 Salary: $4,402.49 – $5,590.92 bi‑weekly ($114,904 – $145,923 per year) Role Responsibilities Reporting to the Executive Director, Occupational Health and Safety Prevention Services, the Director, Partnerships in Injury Reduction is responsible for the development, implementation and revision of the Partnership Standards that govern the operation of the Certificate of Recognition Program (COR). This includes program development, promotion, delivery, quality assurance, performance management and continuous improvement. The Director acts as Chairperson of the Certified Partner (CP) Group, liaising with executive‑level representatives from safety associations, large employers, the Workers’ Compensation Board, labour organisations and government bodies. The Director also leads the New WCB Employer programme and oversees a team of eleven Partnerships Consultants, two Team Leads and three Administrative Staff. Experience leading change and shifting culture. Complex stakeholder engagement and negotiation/conflict resolution skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication and team‑building skills. Experience with complex HR and employee relations issues. Strong project management and planning skills. Program development and implementation experience. Policy development and change management experience. Advisory experience to executive management and stakeholders. Analytical and decision‑making abilities for complex initiatives. Assets Work effectively across ministries and external partners. Build organisational capacity and foster inclusive workplaces. Identify and understand broad trends and address complex issues.
