Montreal Lighting & Hardware is Canada’s fastest growing lighting distributor for quality lighting, decorative hardware and home accents with strong emphasis on customer service. We have a 15,000 Sq ft designer showroom centrally located in the Montreal as well as one of Canada’s top e-commerce websites for lighting.

 

MAIN RESPONSILIBITIES:


As a Sales Support Specialist at our cutting-edge lighting company, you'll serve as an important asset behind our successful sales team. Your role is a dynamic blend of customer care, meticulous organization, and a keen eye for detail. Key responsibilities include quote creation, customer interaction, claims resolution, order processing, and data management.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Superb interpersonal skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales experience within the trade (architects, designers and contractors) is not required, but a plus.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :


En tant que spécialiste du support commercial au sein de notre entreprise innovante spécialisée dans l'éclairage, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en soutien à notre équipe commerciale performante. Votre rôle constitue un mélange dynamique de service client, d'organisation méticuleuse et d'un sens aigu du détail. Les responsabilités clés comprennent la création de devis, l'interaction avec les clients, la résolution des réclamations, le traitement des commandes et la gestion des données.



EXIGENCES :


  • Disposer d’une compréhension du processus et de la dynamique des ventes.
  • Avoir un engagement envers un excellent service client.
  • Détenir d’excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français et en anglais.
  • Avoir de superbes compétences interpersonnelles.
  • Être compétent dans les applications Microsoft, notamment Word, Excel et Outlook.
  • Être capable de travailler confortablement dans un environnement en constante évolution.
  • Détenir une expérience commerciale dans le métier (architectes, designers et entrepreneurs) est un avantage.
