Provincial Lead (Quebec) & Medical Advisory Board MemberReports To: Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Lindsay ShirreffBlair Health is closing the specialist gap in women’s healthcare by making expert menopause and midlife care instantly accessible using AI-driven clinical intelligence.Position OverviewWe are seeking a bilingual, Quebec-licensed Family Physician to serve as Blair Health’s Provincial Lead for Quebec and as a member of our Medical Advisory Board. This physician will oversee clinical quality and regulatory alignment within Quebec, collaborate with our Quebec-based Nurse Practitioners, and support clinical program development with a focus on weight management, mental health, and women’s health.The role includes provincial leadership responsibilities, advisory board participation, and optional direct clinical care through the Blair Health platform.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical oversight for Blair Health’s services delivered in Quebec.Collaborate with and support Nurse Practitioners providing care across the province.Participate in provincial quality assurance processes, clinical governance, and escalation pathways.Clinical Expertise & Program DevelopmentContribute to the development and refinement of future Blair Health care pathways.Assist in designing Quebec-appropriate clinical protocols for midlife care.Serve as an internal consultant for complex cases and NP clinical questions.Serve on the Blair Health Medical Advisory Board, receiving meaningful equity.Provide strategic input on clinical expansion, operations, and the evolution of Blair Health’s multi-vertical care model.Work closely with the Chief Medical Officer and cross-functional teams including clinical operations, product, and engineering.Represent Blair Health in Quebec-based clinical networks, conferences, and educational events.Bring an innovative, collaborative approach aligned with the pace and adaptability of an early-stage digital health company.Required QualificationsFamily Physician licensed in Quebec (CMQ) and in good standing.Fluent in French and English.Strong communication skills, clinical judgment, and leadership ability.Commitment to improving access to high-quality care for women in Quebec.CompensationCompetitive compensation and equity.How to ApplyInterested applicants should submit a letter of interest and CV to Careers@blairhealth.ca.Seniority levelExecutiveEmployment typePart-timeJob functionGeneral Business, Management, and Business DevelopmentIndustriesTechnology, Information and Internet #J-18808-Ljbffr
