We’re on the hunt for a Salesforce Solution Architect to join a high-impact, mission-driven team working on one of the most complex Salesforce Health Cloud implementations in the life sciences industry.This is a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto (3 days on-site, 2 remote), supporting major therapeutic areas including oncology and immunology across multiple agile delivery workstreams.💡 Why This Role Stands Out📦 Enterprise-scale platform: contribute to a unified Salesforce Health Cloud architecture supporting 100s of users and multiple therapeutic areas🔧 Latest tech stack: work hands-on with Salesforce OmniStudio, a modern declarative framework previously known as Vlocity💥 Real patient impact: help architect solutions that improve the treatment journey, medication access, and support services for patients🌍 Transversal architecture role: own architecture across multiple agile trains and therapeutic areas, ensuring scalability and consistency🌱 Growth & innovation: future roadmap includes Salesforce Data Cloud, AI enablement, and new product launches🎯 What You’ll Be DoingOwn the technical architecture of a sophisticated Health Cloud platform, ensuring it's scalable, extensible, and aligned with long-term business needsLead the design of OmniStudio-based solutions, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptorsNavigate and support multiple agile delivery trains across therapeutic areas — balancing enhancements, greenfield modules, and shared componentsGuide solution delivery across internal teams and external vendors, challenging implementation decisions when neededEnsure compliance with best practices, governance, and architectural principles in a highly regulated healthcare environmentContribute to the evolution of the platform, with hands-on input into branching strategies, DevOps, testing frameworks, and release processes✅ Must-HavesProven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect (or very senior Salesforce engineer with architectural mindset)Hands-on expertise with OmniStudio (or Vlocity) — particularly OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptorsSolid background with Salesforce Health Cloud or another Salesforce cloud (e.g. Service, Financial, etc.)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to influence delivery decisions and defend architectural directionExperience with complex Salesforce programs involving multiple orgs, parallel release trains, or shared codebasesComfortable working in large cross-functional teams (product, delivery, compliance, engineering)🌟 Nice-to-HavesExperience in the life sciences or healthcare domainBackground working on Patient Support Programs, CRM integrations with partners (e.g., co-pay, benefits, dispense)Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Informatica iPaaS, AWS S3, or DevOps pipelinesExposure to HIPAA, GxP, or GDPR regulations and compliance frameworks
