The Inventory Manager is a full-time, onsite position that defines the company’s balance of inventory, production demand, and general stock levels. This position manages our team of inventory support associates and organizes a collaborative approach to raw material and componentry inventory, out of stock alerts, production demand, report management and inventory forecasting for our offsite, onsite, and digital warehouses.

This position holder works collaboratively with our Purchasing, Production, Sales, Design and Operations departments. The Inventory Manager reports to the Operations Director.


Knowledge/Experience/Competencies Required:

  • Experience in warehouse operations with exceptional strategic thinking skills. Strong ability to prioritize competing demands, problem-solve, forecast inventory needs, and seamlessly organize multiple inventory warehouses.
  • Effective with verbal and written communication, and fully understands transactions related to all facilities’ inventory movements.
  • Familiar with Unleashed Inventory Program, or similar.
  • Experience with ecommerce 3PL warehouses and manufacturing supply chain management.
  • Exceptional systems management (ERP – Inventory Management) with advanced experience working in Microsoft office.
  • Understanding of end-to-end processing, shrinkage, FIFO, cycle counts, and setting strategic Min/Max levels.
  • Fast learner, able to pivot quickly, and can solve problems logically with calmness and composure.
  • Detail oriented with advanced data analysis skills, meticulous record keeping, and inventory forecasting.
  • Team management and leadership skills that exemplify the company’s core values.
