The team have a proven track record of managing various asset classes including regional shopping centres, office buildings, industrial and mixed-use residential communities. In addition to asset and investment management, this company provides property management and leasing services, master planning, development, construction, and strategic advisory services.
Your new role
The Senior Administrator, Property Management position entails a comprehensive set of responsibilities focused on maintaining efficient operations and tenant relations. The role includes acting as the primary contact for tenants, managing office supplies, overseeing record-keeping, and handling reception duties. Financial tasks involve updating accounts receivable, reconciling accounts, facilitating collections, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Additionally, the administrator is responsible for maintaining tenant information, insurance certificates, and ensuring timely rent payments. They also play a key role in marketing by coordinating promotions, sourcing leasing opportunities, and assisting with events. The position requires close collaboration with the Property Manager to address any site issues and contribute to the overall management of the property, located in either New Westminster or Surrey, BC.
What you need to succeed
The ideal candidate for the Senior Property Administrator role should possess at least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably within the commercial real estate sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential, and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi would be beneficial. The role demands a team player who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, adapt to changes, and work independently. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are crucial for success in this position.

As compensation for your contributions, you will be offered a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000, along with three weeks of vacation. Additionally, the office will be closed during the Christmas to New Year period, allowing for extended time off.
