Bilingual Office Administrator (French & English) Employment Type: Full-Time. Office-BasedSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PMCompensation: $23 to $28 per hour depending on experience. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Bilingual Office Administrator (French & English) to support daily office operations. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for someone who thrives in a professional environment, enjoys multitasking, and is confident communicating in both French and English. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the office and leadership team Answer & direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in French & English - Dealing with Clients outside of Quebec. Prepare, edit, and maintain correspondence, reports, and documents Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Order office supplies and liaise with vendors as required Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally at all times Qualifications & Skills Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) (French 50% / English 50%) Previous experience in an office administration or administrative assistant role Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Professional demeanor and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay at $23 to $28 per hour depending on experience.
