As a leading national advisory firm, MNP seeks a Manager for its Learning & Development department to foster an environment of continuous growth. This role is pivotal in developing multi-faceted learning solutions that align with business requirements. You will lead a team in creating high-quality educational experiences and play a vital role in enhancing organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Craft and develop curriculum initiatives across service lines • Lead technical and professional learning programs delivery • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to identify learning needs • Optimize instructional design processes and project workflows • Manage learning evaluation and reporting for effectiveness
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field • 5-8 years’ experience in L&D, focusing on curriculum and content design • 2+ years of leadership in instructional design teams • Proven skills in adult learning methodologies and design tools • Experience with learning management systems and analytics
