In this role, you will manage and grow a high-performing team of Analytical Engineers, overseeing data processing and governance. Your expertise in advanced SQL, data modeling, and warehouse platforms like Databricks will ensure delivery of top-notch data products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will maintain alignment on metric definitions that translate complex business needs into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead hiring, coaching, and performance management of engineers • Own and develop the Gold layer and semantic-layer strategy • Create a catalog of trusted data products with clear ownership • Foster self-service analytics through prioritized Gold tables • Establish data contracts and SLAs with cross-functional teams
Requirements: • 3+ years managing analytics, data engineering, or analysts • Strong foundation in SQL and data model design • Proven track record of delivering trusted data products • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Curiosity in AI-native analytics
