In the Finance Manager role at TerraFixing, you will take charge of all financial operations. Your role will encompass cash flow management, grant-finance support, budgeting, and reporting to guide business growth. Ideal candidates are highly detail-oriented and adept at finance processes within a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead all financial operations and internal finance processes • Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently • Ensure audit-ready bookkeeping and accurate reporting • Build and enhance financial models for decision-making • Analyze KPIs to optimize financial performance
Requirements: • Minimum 6 years in finance roles and accounting • Degree in relevant field such as Finance or Business • Experience in growth-focused organizations preferred • Excellent skills in QuickBooks and Excel • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
