We're looking for a Community lead to engage, support, and grow our network of CRCs and CRAs, helping them connect, learn, and advance their careers while working to build tools that make their jobs more delightful.

About Banting AI

Banting AI is on a mission to make clinical research more efficient and accessible using AI. Our tools help Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Associates, and research sites streamline their workflows.

About the Role (Flexible: Remote or Hybrid)

You'll be responsible for engaging CRCs, organizing events, launching industry surveys, and building the go-to hub for clinical research professionals. We are open to diverse backgrounds... whether you're a current CRC or CRA looking for a career transition, or you have experience in community engagement, events, or marketing in healthcare or life sciences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Engagement

  • Grow and engage a thriving online community (Slack, , forums) for CRCs & clinical research professionals.
  • Organize virtual & in-person meetups in key research cities (Boston, Toronto, Raleigh, San Diego, etc.).
  • Develop a CRC & CRA ambassador program to drive organic advocacy and peer support.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Launch quarterly benchmarking surveys on CRC salaries, workflow challenges, and AI adoption.
  • Publish clinical research industry insights, blog posts, and case studies based on survey findings.
  • Collaborate with CRCs, CRAs and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to create webinars, panel discussions, and educational content that enhance CRC/CRA careers.

Event & Partnership Support

  • Plan and execute small regional CRC and CRA networking events where professionals can connect and share best practices.
  • Work with SOCRA, ACRP, and research sites to develop industry partnerships that benefit CRCs & CRAs.
  • Identify clinical research influencers and thought leaders to support the community.

Referral & Growth Initiatives

  • Launch and manage a referral program to drive membership.
  • Track and analyze community engagement metrics to optimize growth.
