Agilus is recruiting for a Project Expeditor in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta.Join a leading energy project team as a Project Expeditor, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment for large-scale industrial projects. You’ll monitor supplier progress, manage schedules, and coordinate across teams to keep projects on track.Total rewards:Competitive hourly rate of $67–$75 based on experienceOpportunity to work on major oil & gas projectsCollaborative and dynamic work environmentProfessional growth in supply chain and procurementTravel opportunities to project sitesExposure to advanced procurement and expediting toolsWork with industry-leading teams and suppliersLong-term contract potentialResponsibilities:Monitor supplier progress on purchase ordersTrack and manage vendor schedules to prevent delaysMaintain clear communication with suppliers and internal teamsValidate delivery status and prepare expediting reportsIdentify and resolve issues promptly with corrective actionsCoordinate inspections and manage non-conformance reportsFacilitate logistics and ensure export documentation complianceAssist with purchase order closure and shortage resolutionRequirements:15+ years of experience in expediting, procurement, or supply chainBackground in EPC, oil & gas, mining, or large industrial projectsStrong knowledge of procurement and quality management principlesProficiency with expediting tools and production schedulesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to travel and work on-site as neededSkilled in reporting and documentation processesStrong interpersonal skills for vendor relationship management
