SLB is seeking a motivated individual to join its Field Service team. As a trainee, you will collaborate closely with field specialists, clients, and rig crews to ensure effective operations while maintaining safety and service quality. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to gain expertise in artificial lift systems and contribute directly to operational success.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute installation and troubleshooting of ESP systems • Follow safety protocols for high-quality service delivery • Monitor and report on system performance and issues • Collaborate with teams for smooth operational execution • Complete accurate field documentation for onsite activities
Requirements: • College diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering Technology • Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean record • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
