The ideal candidate will engage closely with clients, conduct legal research, and support senior counsel. Collaboration and client-centric approaches are key as we focus on continuous learning and adapting to client needs.
Key Responsibilities: • Meet clients and collaborate with industry experts • Conduct legal research to support case strategies • Analyze case files and develop legal arguments • Prepare and review court documents for accuracy • Support senior counsel in court and during negotiations
Requirements: • Law Degree (LLB/JD) and BC Bar admission • Interest or experience in family or estate law • Excellent writing and research capabilities • Willing to help streamline projects and meet deadlines • Desire to appear in court for hearings
