Key Responsibilities: • Drive data management strategy while enhancing operational controls • Evaluate feasibility of new feature requests and bugs • Establish operational rules, manuals, and runbooks • Conduct reviews of existing controls and procedures • Collaborate with clients for seamless data onboarding
Requirements: • 5+ years' experience in operations or product roles • Expertise in data management and operational controls • Skill in translating business requirements to workflows • Strong prioritization and project intake capabilities • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
