Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will manage executive-level tasks, facilitate communication, and handle critical administrative responsibilities. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring the CEO's efficiency and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments using Outlook Calendar.
  • Prepare high-quality reports and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Organize and maintain files for easy accessibility and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate seamless travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, acting as the first point of contact for the CEO.
  • Maintain exceptional phone etiquette and provide a welcoming attitude during all communications.
  • Assist in managing expense reports and supporting various administrative tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and QuickBooks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with expense reporting and calendar management.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, ensuring a professional and courteous experience for all callers.
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
