This role is pivotal in our Manufacturing Engineering team, reporting to the Production Engineering Manager. You will support the mechanical and electrical assembly of advanced energy storage systems while ensuring effective communication between Engineering and Operations. Your efforts will play a crucial role in transitioning our designs into practical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities: • Implement documented build processes from engineering drawings • Manage and control all production documentation • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles • Provide hands-on technical support for production issues • Act as a liaison among Manufacturing, Engineering, and Procurement teams
Requirements: • U.S. citizen with engineering degree or equivalent experience • Strong background in manufacturing engineering and process improvement • Problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Proficient in IT tools for documentation and control
