This full-time/part-time role focuses on prospecting residential neighborhoods while communicating service offerings effectively. You will meet potential customers, conduct needs assessments, and maintain accurate outreach records. The position supports smooth project transitions by collaborating closely with operations and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Prospect residential neighborhoods for potential sales leads • Explain renovation services and answer homeowner questions • Conduct needs assessments to suggest appropriate renovations • Coordinate appointments for estimators or consultants • Meet individual and team sales targets consistently
Requirements: • Strong communication skills for effective homeowner engagement • Demonstrated experience in sales and prospecting • Ability to work outdoors for extended periods • Reliable transportation for neighborhood travel • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
