Cultural humility is essential to success in this role. Experience working with Indigenous governments or communities is valued; however, a demonstrated commitment to respect, adaptability, ethical leadership, and learning is foundational. You are able to translate complex financial information into clear, accessible insights for diverse audiences, and bring strong communication skills, sound fiscal discipline, and a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
