TRS Staffing Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Civil/Structural Designer with solid Revit skills to work for our client’s team. Our client is a leading global consultancy specializing in innovative infrastructure and mobility solutions. This opportunity will allow you to utilize your skills on a Multi-Billion-Dollar civil infrastructure project in the Vancouver area and provide lots of room for growth. Responsibilities:Participate in internal and external stakeholder communication.Plan and manage drafting/modeling tasks to align with project schedules, milestones, and deliverable timelines.Evaluate emerging tools and design technologies.Coordinate models with structural, civil, and other technical teams to ensure consistency and smooth integration across all project disciplines.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior modelers and designers, supporting their growth in advanced modeling and documentation practices.Promote digital best practices by applying established information management standards and supporting continuous improvements in modeling procedures.Lead the creation, refinement, and quality review of 3D structural models and drawing packages for transportation and infrastructure projects.Develop project-specific BIM workflows and digital execution strategies to support multidisciplinary design efforts.Perform additional tasks as required.Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in civil or structural design, with a focus on civil infrastructure or transportation-related structures.Advanced proficiency in Revit, including experience delivering complete 3D models and construction documentation for bridges, retaining walls, or similar civil structures.Experience with BC projects is required. Proven ability to lead others, communicate effectively, and provide technical mentorship within a project team environment.Familiarity with recognized BIM and information management standards (Familiarity with ISO 19650)Strong understanding of how engineering principles are applied within digital models and technical drawings.Demonstrated experience establishing BIM processes, including the development of BIM Execution Plans for multidisciplinary projects.To apply for this position, please send your Word formatted resume to assigned Ziyi.Chen@trsstaffing.com We thank all applicants for their interest.
