Vice-président opérations et planification achat                                                       Le poste de Vice-président (e) des Opérations et planification achat est un poste temps plein à nos bureaux situés à Montreal, QC. Ce rôle implique une gestion des opérations internes ainsi que de planifier les budgets de marchandise pour les 5 différentes bannières du groupe. L’objectif étant d’assurer une efficience optimale en lien avec les stratégies de la compagnie. Les responsabilités incluent de diriger le processus du day-to-day, de superviser les performances des équipes, d’optimiser le flux de travail et la collaboration entre les différents départements. Le candidat idéal aura pour mission de piloter la réussite opérationnelle tout en analysant les performances d’achat de marchandise et de veiller à ce que l'entreprise maintienne ses normes élevées.Gestion des inventaires :·       Développement, analyse et suivi budgétaire de chaque division ·       Analyse des performances par catégories et fournisseurs. ·       Analyse des quantités par grandeur ·       Analyse des coûts et des marges bénéficiaires·       Contrôle des escomptes ·       Plan et prévision des escomptes par bannière·       Stratégie d’écoulement des stocks·       Analyse des distributions/allocations·       Gestion des groupes de magasins par force de venteResponsable des processus de travail des équipes design, fit and specs, achats, importation, distribution et contrôle de qualité·       Voir à ce que les processus de travail soient efficaces et suivis.·       Maintenir les standards de qualités des produits selon des paramètres établis; Standard de mesures par bannières, standards de confection, …·       Travailler avec les fournisseurs afin d’établir des paramètres de travail efficace et de faire appliquer nos règles & standards. ·       Tenir notre guide du produit à jour pour les fournisseurs.·       Innover dans le développement de produit, étudier différents outils pouvant nous permettre d’être plus efficace. Comme l’intégration de l’IA.·       Travailler avec le département logistique et s’assurer de son bon déroulement.Gestion des ressources humaines pour les départements concernés·       Responsable d’équipes d’environ 25 personnes.·       Voir au bon rendement des équipes.·       Connaissance du code des normes du travail.·       Recrutement et embauches.·       Maintenir les apprentissages et connaissances des membres de chaque équipe. Volet IT ·       Gestion et connaissance du PLM·       Introduction de nouvelles technologies ·       Projet d’automatisation des escomptes Prérequis·       Bilingue ·       Excellente communication·       Excellent sens de l’analyse ·       Bon sens de l’organisation·       Aptitude à recruter·       Bonne connaissance de l’informatique Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point et autres·       Expérience en commerce de détail (vêtements pour femme)·       Bonne connaissance de la comptabilité et des ressources humaines·       Minimum 10 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ·       Minimum diplôme universitaire
