In this position, you will provide crucial administrative support and coordination for various asset optimization projects. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, maintaining documentation, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams in mining, energy, and heavy industries. Expect to handle project controls, risk management, and stakeholder coordination to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide daily project coordination and support • Maintain project schedules and documentation • Support asset performance assessments and optimization studies • Collect and report operational and financial data • Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline • 5 to 10 years project coordination experience • Knowledge of project controls and risk management • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and project management tools • Understanding of asset management and continuous improvement principles
