About the Firm:Founded in 1980, our client has grown to approximately 60 lawyers, establishing a strong reputation in Business Law, Trusts and Estates, Litigation, Real Estate, and Family Law. The firm has been recognized in the **2025 edition of the Chambers Canada Guide** as “Highly Regarded for Corporate/Commercial - Alberta.” Their diverse clientele includes business leaders, emerging entrepreneurs, public and private corporations, as well as trusts and estates.The Position:As part of the dynamic business law group, you will provide expert advice on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including:Mergers and AcquisitionsCorporate Finance Capital Markets TransactionsProject DevelopmentTransactional Work across various industriesQualifications and Attributes:5-8 years of corporate commercial experience, including M&A, Private Equity, New Ventures, and Corporate Governance, gained from a national, regional, or reputable boutique firm.
