This position offers flexibility to pursue niche clinical interests such as fracture clinics, LGBTQ2S clinics, oncology, ER work, Surgical Assisting, OB, and Sports Medicine.Incentives: Dryden offers a moving allowance, signing bonus, and provincial incentives totaling up to $115,800 (pro-rated for a four-year commitment). Additional benefits include $12,500 for moving expenses and a $25,000 signing bonus for a two-year return of service, potentially totaling up to $155,000 in bonuses.Support for New Physicians: An overhead-free allowance is provided to help new grads establish a patient roster. Our year-long mentorship program ensures a smooth transition to living and working in Dryden.Life in Dryden: Affordable living, outdoor activities like fishing, sailing, hunting, snowmobiling, mountain biking, and community groups.
