The Principal at Northwood Family Office will act as the trusted advisor and team leader for a select group of ultra-high-net-worth clients. This individual will work directly with clients to manage the relationship and provide expert guidance across a wide range of complex financial and personal matters, including:Financial PlanningInvestment Management Tax Planning Estate Planning Risk Management Philanthropy Family Dynamics Administration Beyond client advisory responsibilities, the Principal will play a key leadership role within the firm - mentoring junior staff, deepening the team’s technical expertise, and contributing to firm-wide knowledge through research, training, and collaboration across advisory teams.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Client Management Lead and “own” client relationships and act as “first call” for clients. Set overall strategy for clients. Proactively identify opportunities and needs of clients.Lead principals and associates in managing client tasks, assume responsibility for all tasks to be completed by the team managing the client. Ensure client work is delivered within deadlines as established by the firm and by clients. Identify opportunities for efficiency for clients.
