There is ample opportunity to shape the future of ESG Global and be a core part of our continued growth and success. **Your Role & How You Will Contribute** As a Principal, you will report to the CEO and be responsible for business development, client management and oversight, as well as internal firm/team leadership. As a boutique firm, our clients value a hands-on, pragmatic approach led by our senior team. Principals should bring a deep network of contacts in Canada, the United States and/or Europe. A successful Principal will be a recognized leader in ESG with deep expertise in an industry (e.g., mining, oil & gas, real estate, manufacturing, infrastructure) or a specific area of ESG (e.g., responsible investment, climate change, diversity, equity and inclusion). Executive presence and an engaging communication style are key to achieving the goals of this role, as you educate, persuade, and gain the commitment and buy-in of others. While the role requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are only achieved with and through people (including clients and team members).
