Key Responsibilities
• Manage heating, plumbing, and gas maintenance contracts
• Oversee a team of Gas Engineers and subcontractors
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance scheduling
• Allocate workload efficiently among mobile engineering teams
• Deliver project variations and additional works as needed
Requirements:
• Background in commercial plumbing and heating
• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (desirable)
• SMSTS/SSSTS or similar qualifications (desirable)
• Gas Safe, OFTEC, or ACS qualifications preferred
• Experience in maintenance contract delivery Utilize your plumbing expertise to ensure effective management and maintenance across diverse commercial and educational sites.
