In this full-time role, you will support The Salvation Army Canada’s HR digital transformation efforts. Your responsibilities include gathering requirements, managing data integrity, and implementing cloud-based HR solutions. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure that HR processes align with strategic goals and contribute to the organizational mission.
Key Responsibilities: • Gather and document operational HR requirements from various teams • Collaborate during Workday implementation and optimizations • Analyze HR data to create reports and insights for decision-making • Recommend process enhancements for quality and efficiency • Manage compliance and governance for Workday Compensation and Benefits
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent • 3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience • 2-3 years as a Business Analyst with critical thinking skills • Experience with high-profile multi-system projects • Advanced skills in Excel and data reporting
